What is a SuperGold Card?

The SuperGold Card programme is a nationwide initiative from the Ministry of Social Development. There are two types of cards: one for seniors and a specially branded ‘V’ card for veterans. The card is automatically sent to people receiving New Zealand Superannuation and the Veteran’s Pension, as well as other eligible individuals aged 65 and over.
