My strategy is to list only a select amount of properties and to sell them. This allows me the time to personally be part of the entire selling process, holding the open homes, attending all buyer viewings and delivering information to buyers and critical feedback to the seller, rather than handing these important aspects to an assistant.

My assistant adds value in client care and property marketing, not with sellers and buyers.

Selling quality homes in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa is my specialty, and one in which I have built a reputation for excellence.  Many clients have returned to sell a second or even third property, and – I’m proud to say – most clients come by way of referral.

I have sold well over 750 properties, and have been inducted into the Premier Agent Status, a ranking reserved for the top percentage of agents in Australasia.

An AREINZ qualification allows me to hold the highest diploma in Real Estate making this a career not a hobby.
