Together, Brynja, Jazz and Sonya bring you this top performing Property Management team! All three work hard to develop a dynamic and efficient team structure, bringing out the best in each other as a three-for-one deal.

Sonya is a dedicated professional with 15 years of Property Management experience across the demanding markets of both Australia and New Zealand.
The RENTWITHBB team are stoked to have her on board, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Sonya's exceptional efficiency, transparent and detailed communication, time management, and organizational skills make her adept at accomplishing any task with a positive attitude.
These skills also enable her to foster strong relationships with homeowners and tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
Sonya holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) , a Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport.
Alongside her professional commitments, Sonya enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, often found at the gym or enjoying time at the beach with her loved ones.
Being a proud mum to her adult son and family cat, and brand new Aunty, Sonya is born and raised in Tauranga and her roots are deeply ingrained in the local community.
