1. A $500 cash payment will be deposited into the landlord’s nominated New Zealand bank account once the following conditions are met:
2. The signed Property Management Authority has been received and accepted by Realty Focus Limited.The property has been successfully tenanted under management by Realty Focus Limited or is currently tenanted.
3. The $500 incentive will be processed within 14 business days of the property being tenanted and all required documentation being submitted.
4. This offer is limited to one payment per property. Multiple properties may qualify for multiple payments, provided each has its own signed Make the Move Property Management Authority and meets the above criteria.
