Spiller and Co, a dynamic and successful sales team operating under the trusted Ray White Papamoa umbrella and leadership of Ashley Spiller, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead salesperson team in day-to-day operations, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.
• Assist with property appraisals, marketing campaigns, and open homes
• Manage client communication, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced real estate salesperson who can hit the ground running. You will also need to have the following attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid real estate license
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
