Rachael is a vital part of our high-performing property management team, providing exceptional support through her dedicated role in client care.
With a calm, solutions-focused approach, she manages all aspects of communication, maintenance coordination, and legal contract support —ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for every client we interract with, and every property we manage.
Born and bred in Tauranga, Rachael brings with her a strong background in customer service, having worked across retail, aviation, and childcare since the age of 16. From her very first job selling watermelons on the roadside at age 11, she’s always had a natural flair for people and problem-solving. Now, she applies that same energy and professionalism to delivering top-tier support in the property space.
Rachael studied Travel and Tourism and has an adventurous spirit to match—she’s lived in London for two years, and travelled extensively through America and Europe (with 26 countries and counting!). When she’s not exploring new places, you’ll find her curled up with a good book or out adventuring with her husband and beloved dog, Obi.
Fun, approachable, and genuinely committed to great service, Rachael is a fantastic asset to TEAM RENTWITHBB. Her proactive approach and friendly nature make her a go-to for both clients and colleagues alike.
