Meagan Swainson

A true born and bred local, Tauranga is my hometown and I have been based in Papamoa for the past 15 years – this is a place I am very proud to call my home.

Drawing on skills developed during twenty plus years in international freight, I made the decision to pursue my passion for real estate.  A true people person, an eye for detail and meticulous organisation skills formed the basis for my career transition.  I believe strong communication skills, reliability and authenticity are the foundation of all great relationships and are my absolute priority in business transactions.  I love a challenge and pride myself on going ‘above and beyond’ to provide my clients with a service that truly exceeds expectations.

I have a keen eye for both interior design and landscaping.  It's exciting to see the potential of a property realised through a fresh coat of paint, or some standout planting.  Simple changes and tweaks can hugely improve the desirability of a property and ultimately maximise its sales potential.

I have a true love for the water and particularly this amazing coast we are so lucky to live on.  I spend my downtime with my husband and two daughters surfing and water skiing – always accompanied by my other love ‘Paps’ the family dog.  I am often entertaining, and my home is usually buzzing with friends, family and neighbours.
