Amere De Smidt

Amere brings a strong foundation in organisation, coordination, and client service to her role in property management. With formal training in Event Management and further studies in Project Management at university, she has developed the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent results in fast-paced environments.

She developed a strong property management knowledge by completing her formal qualification and gaining two years of hands-on experience in a range of industry roles.  

Having grown up around property renovations and working alongside tradespeople through family projects and investments, Amere has a practical understanding of property maintenance and the importance of protecting and enhancing an owner’s asset. This background gives her confidence in liaising with contractors, coordinating work, and ensuring property requirements are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

Since relocating to New Zealand in 2023, Amere has gained valuable experience in administration and customer service, strengthening her communication skills and attention to detail—both essential in effective property management. Her structured approach, reliability, and proactive mindset enable her to manage challenges efficiently while delivering a high level of service to both property owners and tenants.

Drawing on her international background and multilingual skills, Amere is highly adaptable and able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of property owners and tenants.  

Drawn to the dynamic nature of property management, Amere thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. She is dedicated to delivering professional, responsive service while ensuring properties are managed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4
